My previous lovebird was a female. She and I were always together. She mistook me as her mate. She was a chronic egg layer. That is what killed her. She was poisoned because one of the eggs didn't have a shell formed. So, I searched the US for a little boy lovebird. I was going to anything I could do get one, especially since lovebirds are typically not sexed. I found one in Illinois, about a 2 hour drive from my house. I cried when I saw him!. |
