Hi Blueberry!
It looks like spring is finally going to arrive in Michigan! Yay!! We just saw our first Red-Winged blackbird. It looked like he had travelled a long distance, but he was happy to find the food Mom left at the bird feeder for him.
We had a fun birthday weekend last weekend for my bird-day. I got lots of chew toys and lots of my favorite treats like pears, corn, hard-boiled egg yolks. Mom even let me taste a little bit of my favorite -- butter pecan ice cream! I hadn't had that in a long time!! Thanks so much for all your bird-day wishes!

I just wanted to drop in and say hi! Both of you are very pretty. I'm 2 months old, and similar in color to both of you...that is minus the blue rump. I'm a big fan of millet, as well! Anyways, here is a vote for you, so I hope you come by some time!
