Hi Pretty Bird. I also had a rescue bird years ago, a cockatiel like you whose cage was never cleaned and she was never bathed. She lived to be 25 years old and was grateful for everything done for her by me. We had a very close bond. I loved her much and miss her everyday. Here's a vote for you.
