Emmy's Fight For Life Beginning
Thought I'd tell of my Emmy's beginning.
A wonderful breeder had a clutch of three egg's, two hatched and one hadn't.One morning she found the 3rd egg cold so she tossed it in the kitchen trash can & with morning paper & coffee sat down.heard a noise in the trash, got a broom to kill what she thought was a mouse and found Emmy trying to get up & out of the shell.She named her Emmy because she hatched one the day of the Emmy's on TV. Was an effort of love from her to ensure Em lived. I added GIRL to her name 'cause she is my Emmy Girl, love her to pieces;)Come visit me, Scooter, Sammy, Emmy, Lexie & Chantelle.

Hello, you are adorable. They say greys are the best for talking and knowing what words to use but a friend emailed my Mom a clip of a starling talking. ...welcoming you to the Bird Pages. Sounds like you're a busy gal...keeping the Toos quiet. Rumor has it that could be a tough job! If you don't like it when your water gets warm does that mean you like to drink ice water? That's a new one. I might have to request that myself...see if I like it. 'Course, I take a bath in my water bowl so ice water might make a bath a bit chilly! I could get demanding and insist on warmer water for bathing, colder water when I'm done splashing! It wouldn't be out of the question...Greys are known for being picky, aren't we? (Or is it just me!) Obviously excited to meet you...I'm rambling here!!
