Spice is calming down more. He is figuring out that it will be very hard for him to fly now. I can't wait to play with him today!

He is now more tame. He will sit on my finger for as long as he wants now. He doesn't away, as much. I am very happy!

  Fly, Fly go away.
Spice can still fly! Like I said a couple of days ago, he can't fly very well. It bugs me to always have to catch him. Is it normal for him to fly still?

The deed is done! (for real)
It's a day after Spice's wings have been clipped and he has really calmed down. But, sadly he has turned into a biter. I hope that is just a phase. Also, is it normal for a bird to still be able to fly after their wings are trimmed? Spice can't fly fast, but he can still get to the top of the curtain. It also looks like he is trying very hard. Is that normal?

  Valentine's day
As usual I got plenty of chocolate, and a toy for Spice. He has already chewed on it... a lot. Well, there are two more days until Spice gets his wings clipped and I am soooo excited!

  3, 2, 1!
3 more days until Spice is flightless. That kinda sounds sad. I mean, won't he miss being able to fly? I bet if he could talk he would chip his head off (he already does that) screaming, "NO! NO!" I hope he forgives me.

Come visit me, Spice.

  The deed is done!
Well, I haven't really trimmed Spice's wings yet, but we have made the plan. His wings will be trimmed on Saturday after my horse-back riding lesson, most-likely around 4:00. I can't wait!

Come visit me, Spice.

  Today we have the talk
Today I am going to actually plan to get Spice's wings trimmed. I hope I can get it done by this week's end.

I also would love if anyone could offer up some places in Georgia where I can get Spice's wings clipped.

Come visit me, Spice.

  Hi Spice
What a cutie you are. I am SKY here to welcome you to BC and give you a lesson on traveling on here.
-to visit other birds pages--click on the bird's name below their blog in red. If it's a large flock like mine you need to read down the list of bird's names until you find the correct one. THEN CLICK on it. This takes you to their page for a visit.
--to vote for other birds just click on their vote button at the very top of their profile page. This is above their photo. It registers as a vote for them. Same for you on your own page.
So, welcome, and come on over to make friends.

PS it is blog worthy to share. I know he will settle down once his wings are trimmed, all birds do.

Come visit me, SKY, thank you for Jan 17th, 2016 BOTD & Little Angel.

  On the finger
Spice finally, after having him for two years, stayed on my finger for more than three seconds. I know this doesn't seem blog-worthy, but he doesn't really like me.
I am also planning to get his wings trimmed in a couple of days, for the first time! Wish me luck.

Come visit me, Spice.
