Hi Marnie Hey, you have to hang upside down. It is a parrot thing! Your Mom is right about the not letting go part. hehehe. I too have had the odd fall and banged myself up a bit but sometimes you just get so excited and are having so much fun you lose your grip. When I was young and fell from my toy Mom would run over to pick me up, give me kisses and she always would say "Poor baby". Now when I fall or spook and fly off my pearch I go to Mom and tell her I am a "poor baby" so she will give me kisses and make me feel better. sigh. Aren't Moms great. Thanks Marnie from Shannon We just happened to have an old phone book that Mommy hadn't gotten rid of yet. I gave her a happy little flutter of my little red tail feathers and it was all mine. WOW!!! Tuki says welcome, too! Dear Marnie, I live with my second family, too! I am 16 years old now, and live with the daughter of my first dad. There are teen aged skin sisters here, so I love it!
