(~> Rosalie sits at the Gates of
The Rainbow Bridge, her eyes sharply focused on the horizon looking for Aunt Denise's flock. She was roused just a while ago with the information that Peachy, Henry, and Ope would be arriving shortly. Even though she knows that Aunt Denise and her own mom are heart broken right now at having had to bid farewell to these priceless birdie babies, Rose herself is a little eggscited and happy to see them again, after such a long time since she herself left the planet to reside on The Rainbow Bridge to wait for her own reunion with her mom.
"WoW!" Rose thinks to herself. "This is really gonna be SOME Celebration today! I think I'm gonna parrotsonally supervise the Welcomin' Luncheon. Now let's see ... What should I have the chef include? I've got it! I'll have the chef make a whole section o’ Cereal!!! I know for sure that Peachy likes Fruit Loops and Rice Krispies. (I wonder if she'll like the Rice Krispies as much with Murphy still down on the planet and not here to steal from? Oh well, maybe Ope and Henry will eat 'em up anyway.) Then I think I remember that she used to like stealin’ bologna sammich bites from Aunt Denise; I can have those too. This it gonna be GREAT! We're gonna have a bunch of FAT birdies waddlin' around The Rainbow Bridge here in a while. That is, if they ever GET here ...."
Just then Rose spots the three Cockatiels flying in formation in her direction. She straightens herself to her fullest height and eggstends her one fully feathered wing and waves it high above her head to signal the group where to land. After a perfect landing directly in front of her dear old featheriend, Peaches wraps her wings around Rosalie's leg and squeezes with all her might. Rose utters a low chuckle and bends down to pick up the beautiful Lutino Mutation Cockatiel and brings her up to eye level, perched on her wingtip. Rose plants the gentlest of beakie kisses on top of Peachy's head. And then Peaches introduces her to her frothers Henry and Ope.
After all the introductions have been made, and hugs have been eggschanged all around, the group takes off in the direction of the dormitories where Rose has already arranged for accommodations for each one. Henry and Ope will share a room. Peaches will have her own private space. There is a connection to the HeavenNet in each room, and Rose will show each one of them how to log on and send messages to their mom once they are all settled in and the commotion of their arrival at The Rainbow Bridge has subsided.
For now, there is much to be done that should be gotten to immediately. But Rose takes a moment to send a message via the Angel Mental Network to her Aunt Denise:Come visit me, (~> Rosalie Hale Bopp ~ Jan 1, 1997 ~ Oct 22, 2007.

You may rest easy that Peaches, Ope, and Henry’ve all arrived safely at The Rainbow Bridge, none the worse for the trauma of their departure from the planet. Each is perfect and more beautiful than even my memory held them to be. We're gonna take real good care o' them for ya 'til it's your time to stop by and pick 'em up on your way to Heaven. And, in the mean time, I'm gonna set 'em up on the HeavenNet so you can get communications back and forth. Please don't worry about them, Aunt Denise. I promise they're in good wings up here, and will be ready and waitin' for you when it's time.
You take good care o' yourself 'til then.

Congrats, Peachie, on Your Three Babies!
I'm so excited for you and Ope; this little ones. Wow!! Askin' my mom about 'tile mutations is hopeless. She don't know anything about them either and we've had six baby 'tiels here. I can say none of'm arrived with pink eyes though there is this one ring-necked dove that hatched albino; it's white with PINK eyes. Total surprise there. The internet has a lot about mutations, I bet. Lookin' forward to seein' pictures of your little cuties. Tell me, did you lay these eggs under the coach or did you move into a nest box? I see a picture with eggs... wonder if those are these babies' eggs. Full of questions, aren't I.
As for how I am— I'm good, thanks for askin'. At the moment I'm wondering around on the kitchen floor... nope, I'm now headed towards my bird room door. And now I've got my beak up against the door and I'm sayin', "Hello? Hellooo?" Nobird's letting me in so I'm now back out in the kitchen with mom and climbing up on a chair. Busy boy, I am. I'm sure I'll end up outside in the aviary after awhile. It rained earlier this morning and while I don't mind being out in the rain (when there's no wind or lightening), mom was busy with other stuff so I missed out on that natural shower.
Nice to see you. Good luck with those babies. I'll bet you're a really good mommy and those little ones really love you. Keep me posted!

My Dear Sweet Peaches
I am SO sorry about your little baby. How terribly sad. I was so excited for you, imagining your little one getting bigger every day and soon up hopping about the house. Sometimes first time 'Tiel parents aren't quite sure what to do with a new hatchling. Maybe the pie tin scared you a little. I know my 'tiels here never liked anything changed once a baby hatched. Though it's no consolation for the baby you've lost, there'll be a next time for you and Ope and you'll feel more confident about being a mommy. I'm so sorry, Sweetheart. I really am.
