I am powerless over plucking, but I have been taking things one day at a time since I came to my new home, and I am growing new feathers every day. I have a more severe case than you do, so you already have more feathers than I do, but I have a few new feathers on my legs and my back. Whoohooo!!! Thank you. She'll be seen by an avian vet this week to rule out any health problems. This way, if there are any problems found, then we can start working on them immediately. She's doing fantastic as far as eating and chirping. She hasn't shown any interest in her feathers since she got here, which is wonderful! :)Come visit me, Sasha & Chasca.
