Hi Friends, news from our flock. Cotton Ball, speaking. I am getting my beak color now. Mom thinks I might be a girl. St.Patrick is lovin' the BOTW attention. He is drivin' Fortune crazy. He pecks on the PC all day and teases Fortune by (disobeying??) his nightly call for all to go to sleep. hehe. Mom tried to get new pics but Lonnie kept flying.. he likes the one on his page. Slate and Mica are chewing up paper. Yesterday, Fortune took a walk and played with the kids down the block. Well, it is time for LIMERICK OF THE DAY: An Amazon friend of ours Paco, stopped at a cafe in Morocco. Hi Joe, Lonnie here, voting for all my friends first today. Mommy was too busy with papers to let me blog yesterday. Slate, our lovie, jumped off his perch onto the floor in front of Bo Duke, Dad's pug. I yelled, "Don't look Ellie." Bo thought Slate was a new stuffed toy. He ran with Slate in his mouth and tried to play keep away from Dad. He finally put a slobbery Slate down. Slate is OK. Not harmed but shaken. Dad is Slate's hero. Mommy says Daddy has learned to crate the pups before letting the lovies out. Well, my heart is still in my throat. I must fly...cheech later. My BC friend, Talker, the Cockateil's, baby is so cute. We love baby teils. We have six teil eggs in the nest box with Mrs. Skeeter and her husband Wishbone. Wishbone is a good daddy too. He seems to love caring for the babies more than Skeeter does. They are so funny. They should start hatching soon. Our Zebra baby needs a name that is not gender specific. Any Ideas? It is all white. They mature faster than teils do. It's new pic is on my (Patrick's) page. Hey Everybirdie, Happy 10 day birthday Baby Zebra Finch!!!!!! Lonnie here, just wish you could see proud Beep and Peep, his Zebra parents. They are now able to leave the nest together sometimes... Mom took a new pic this morning. It is on Patrick's page with the other pics... He is growing fast. Our cage is now next to the Zebra cage. Hope Ellie is taking notes.
