Ringing thing You know that ringing thing that the people are always holding up to their face and talking to? Well I found out what it is! They call these things "PHONES" and they can talk to people who are far away wit them. I dont see how thats possible, but there are two kinds phones. One kind is big and has to stay in the house or it won't work and the other kind can be taken around everywhere! Mommy helped me and the budgies to make a toy phone out of cans and a really long wire, and i could hear them chirping across the whole house really clearly, even though they dont chirp very loudly and the house is pretty large. It's my 2nd birthday Yay! I'm 2. What a big girl I am now. I hope I get a good present. I still don't talk much but my mom doesn't mind. I make up for it by screaming loudly whenever she talks to that thing she holds up to her face. The one that makes that ringing noise. She must like it alot because she talks to it alot. Happy 1 year anniversary! Tomorrow-March 17-is one year since I came to live with my Mom and fidlings. It's been a tough year for Mommy. First she lost her job. Then she had an operation. And now she is sick alot and very tired since she went back to work. I want my Mommy to feel better. I love her even though she feels sick alot. Yay Hi Madelyn! No, I didn't come from Parrot's and Company. I came from Petco. But my mommy says the next time she gets a new friend, s/he will come from there. That's a neat place, but it's a long drive for mom. It has to be a day trip for her. She has one planned up her sleeve I think. I heard her talking about it with her boyfriend. Happy Hatch Day to Me My mommy missed my first hatch day! She was on vacation in Aruba, lying around on the beach. Imagine, leaving me home. I sure let her know how I felt when she got back.
