He was bought in a local pet store, he was about 6 months old. I went to buy a pair of parakeets but seen him and fell in love. He was sold to me as a normal grey but as you can see he's not the color of a normal grey and every time he molts he keeps changing, he's getting lighter in color, he now has what looks like pearl markings on his back feathers. I can't figure out what mutation he is, he's obviously not a normal grey..

Active within 24 Days Hi! My name is Odie I am a Cockatiel from Dayton, OH. Odie is short for Odysseus from Homer's "The Odyssey". Pretty boy, pretty bird, honey, mommy's baby 7 years old M Cockatiel I have to have my millet and honey treats. my favorite place is our gym on top of our cage. The top of mommy's curio cabinet and china hutch and sitting on top of the porcelian owl on the tv. Mommy takes good care of us. Makes sure our cage is clean and we have plenty of fresh food and water. She always talks to me and tells me she loves me.. I like to hiss and snap at strangers to watch them jump back. When I get really mad I like to put my wings all the way out to look bigger to whoever I'm mad at. I can be moody, sweet one minute and cranky the next.. .
