Hello Paulie. Well, everything went well, yesterday. I made friends with one of the ladies in a wheelchair. I sat with her almost the entire time. She gave me tiny bites of graham cracker. Hi good looking. So, you have added "stop" to your vocabulary. That could be a useful word to know. Mama takes her flock to visit nursing homes, day cares and schools so she has to be careful what words we pick up so we won't embarrass her. In fact, I'm going on my first visit to a nursing home tomorrow. The others say it is fun. I guess I'll just have to watch everybody else and see how they behave. I'll let you know how it goes. Hey Paulie. Did you scare the celery leaves when you screamed at them? I don't think I've had celery leaves. I like parsley. Mama doesn't say anything to me about screaming. There are two amazons here and believe me, my scream is NOTHING compared to theirs. Tell your mom to be glad she doesn't live with amazons and to let you yell. Hello there Paulie. Mama doesn't like bell peppers so I don't share with her. The other birds take care of it. I also like the seeds from cantaloupe. I won't be getting any more for a while, though, because they are out of season. It has finally cooled off here. Mama has has the air conditioning off for the past 4 days. She says soon, we'll need to have heat at night. The weather has been perfect for going outside this past week. I've been out twice in my little carrier. I hope you enjoy your Saturday. good morning Paulie. Mama got my wagon at A.C. Mores. I really like playing on it. That's funny that you yelled Peeky Boo at your mom. I think it's cool that you can talk. Mama and I were watching videos of parrotlets on Youtube and we couldn't believe how well some of them talk. I can't speak human. Maybe some day I'll learn. Your coconut swing sounds like fun. Hi Paulie. I like butternut squash. Mama fixes it for us often. I've never had spaghetti squash. Maybe she'll try that, too. I also like the bell pepper seeds. I don't care much for the actual pepper, though. Some of the others like it. That works out good. They can eat the peppers and I can have the seeds. Annabelle chewed a hole in a new shirt Mama had. I've been good, though. I have been playing on the playgyms and not annoying any of the others. I voted for you, friend. Hello Paulie. I guess sometimes mothers know what they are doing when they sneak in foods we don't like. I like eating dinner with Mama. I get my own little plate with the same foods she has and I get to sit on the table and eat it. Mama says that Annabelle and I both eat a lot to be so little. Hi Paulie. I've got myself in trouble already this morning. I went into the sun conure's cage and tried to eat his breakfast. He did not like that at all and pushed me off his bowl. I pulled out a small feather of his. Mama said I was a brat and made me go back inside my cage. Now Starburst yells every time I get near him. good morning Paulie. I'm glad to know I'm not the only little bird that can be nippy. Mama says I bit surprisingly hard for such a little bird. I guess everything about us parrotlets is bigger than we actually are....attitude, personality and biting. :) My cage got scrubbed top to bottom yesterday so I got to hang out on Mama for a long time. She played bluegrass music while she cleaned. She said it was something different and thought we might like it. That crazy lory and amazon sure did. Me, I'm not too sure. Hey, Paulie. How's it going? Every thing's good here. We all got our cages cleaned yesterday. Then we all got different toys. It was pretty noisy in our room while we checked out the new stuff. The best part was when Mama gave us lunch. We had all kinds of pasta with beans, rice and broccoli. Boy, was that good (and messy). I dropped off a vote as I came in.
