Hey Patrick!! Thats really awesome that you are saying all of those words!! I havnt said my first word yet. Do all conures talk? I think that I might not be talking yet because my mom dosnt really talk very much around me because she tries to keep a quiet environment around me so i want be as loud (thanks to that I'm not a loud bird). Now she is just repeating words to me alot but I still havnt gotten the hang of it. Do you have any training or talking videos or manuals?? I eat a mix of 3 different foods. Kayee's small pellets, Kaytee's big pellets, and an organic one that is sold locally at my vet. None of it has any seeds. I havnt tried NutriBerri. My mom always passes it in the food section at the petshop but never gets it. I will have to tell her about it.

Oh wow!! Thats big news!! I really hope you get better! Icant wait to finish my molt either! I think I am going to be a really orange bird! Yeah my mom takes me out on our sreen porch pretty often. I know my mom and I were really happy when we figured out that I had gained weight. I am going to go to FL with my mom pretty soon! We are both pretty excited! Can you talk??

Hi from Sassy & Da Flock
Well, I do like MY attention. I do spend most of my time out of cage when someone is home to watch me. I can be very loud as can my birdy buds. Usually my mom puts me on my own tree before she gets out any of the other birds or I am with Brandon sitting on his shoulder. We live in a big house and Mom knows we can get VERY noisy. Almost every time someone walks by a cage, we are spoken to. Our cages are near Mom's computer so when she is on line, she can talk to us. We also listen to music. I like rap but Mom usually puts on easy listening or classical. Mom says it quiets us birds down. What works here is staying calm with the attiontion screaming, spreading the love (attention) around and really working at not playing favorites. Gotta love the picture! I sometimes try to drink out of my daddy's Coke can but he doesnt let me. I once jumped on the rim of his glass and I almost fell in. Thank goodness for unclipped wings. Im getting them cut though. :( Well do you get along with other pets? I have to get along with 2 cats 2 dogs and a gerbil! (You can see them on CC and DC. Hey Patrick!
How are you? I was alittle cranky yesterday
, but now I'm great!! I weigh a litlle a bit more than you do. When my mom practically saved me from this pet store, I was a little underweight. My mom hasnt weighed me since I got back from my first check-up cause she just ordered a scale last Tuesday so we havnt gotten it yet. I think I weighed a little less than 90 grams. Now I think I might be a little bigger. I eat some lowfat organic yogurt once in a while. My mom is relly into eating healthy and mainly organic food. I'm still not completley used to it but I like it. I havnt even though of baby food! I think Ill look into it!I'm only 8 months. Still a baby! I was 6 and a half months when my mom found me. Alot of people didnt notice me because I didnt have bright colors, but all the people that handeled me knew I was as sweet as they get. Ummm. I have to say I have 2 favorite toys. My cuddle ball and my green ball that hah a bell inside! What yours??

Thanks for stoppng by! My Mommy rubs me when I molt. It helps take the itchy stuff away. My flock mates are black-capped conures Frick & Frack are the girls & Black Jack ia the boy. We have other pretty birds too.

Hey! Yes, some of my feathers are coming in in but none of them are yellow! They are all orange! My mom and I are really excited to see what I look like when I'm done molting! No. I am not very good about eating veggies or fruits. At first I wasnt good at eating pellets over seeds either. But now I eat an organic pellet diet. I will drink freshly squezzed orange juice or watemelon juice and on a rare occasion eat a very tiny amount of bananna. Does your mom weigh you?

Het Patrick!
How are you? We are all alot less worried about my molting! Alot of the plastic looking pin feathers have already replaced them! I look really funny! Yeah I really liked to be rubbed and my mom likes to rub me to cause I calm down when she does. But I have been noticing that some of my feathers dont seem to want to come out. No. I have not been DNA tested yet. The pet store that I was at told my mom that I was a girl because there was a male in the cage next to me and I was "flirting".I am going to my doctor in a couple months to see though. The good thing about my name is, if I am a boy it can be changed from Ellie to Elliot! Have you been DNA tested? The only reason I am going to is beacause my doctor said that if I indeed was a female that in later years to come if I was ill depending on whether you are a girl or guy the sickness could be narrowed down dramatically if I was a male. Molt!!!
Hey Patrick!! Wats up? Well we went to my first vet appointmen a month ago and the doctor told me I would molt pretty soon... well I am! My mom is getting really nervous though because she hasnt ever seen a bird molt, even though shes read about it alot, and thinks that I'm pulling out my feathers for no reason! What is it like when you molt Patrick? I cant say any words yet. My mom tries to teach but I'm not getting the hang of it. But I do know a couple of tricks!! Do you? How many words can you say?
