I was pretty wild when mom got me and sure did like to bite her. She took me in the bathroom and we had a long talk and that is where she taught me to step up but I only step up on her arm. She would put me in a towel or my cage cover and take me in the bathroom when I would start doing things she didnt like such as biting and would have my time out. Eventually I started to listen and then mom taught me how to do the turn around.I love to sit on her knee when she pats it I know to fly there and she takes a sunflower seed and holds it above me and says "turn around" and I do that about 4xs then she gives me the seed and tells me to step up and I do onto her arm then she puts me by her knee and says step off and I sit on her knee and eat my goodie. She also hides a sunflower seed under a yogurt lid that I can see thru and she tells me to give the lid to her which I do then then I can have the seed. How great is that??? Mom and dad have a lot of patience with me and I am their one and only baby. Mom sometimes thinks about another bird but changes her mind cause not sure I would like any other one around.
