Kaleigh I can feel your pain I too have lost someone close to me, I am Peepers mommy, I just read your email to peepers, I am so sorry for your loss it is a very hard thing to come to grips with but God is in control, he will care for your babies as he cares for all his sweet and preshious children on our earth, Have you ever heard the RAINBOW BRIDGE STORY? Maybe you have but I am going to write down for you so you can print it and keep it for ever in your heart OK? This has an unknown author so there is no infringment on rights...
THERE IS A BRIDGE CONNECTING HEAVEN AND EARTH.
IT IS CALL THE RAINBOW BRIDGE BECAUSE OF ITS MANY COLORS. JUST THIS SIDE OF THE RAINBOW BRIDGE, THERE IS A LAND OF MEADOWS, HILLS AND VALLEYS WITH LUSH GREEN GRASS. WHEN A BELOVED PET DIES,THE PET GOES TO THIS PLACE. THERE ARE ALWAYS FOOD AND WATER, AND WARM SPRING WEATHER. THOSE OLD AND FRAIL ANIMALS ARE YOUNG AGAIN.
THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN MAINED ARE MADE WHOLD AGAIN, THEY PLAY ALL DAY WITH EACH OTHER.
BUT HERE IS ONLY ONE THING MISSING. THEY ARE NOT WITH THEIR SPECIAL PERSON WHO LOVED THEM ON EARTH. SO, EACH DAY THEY RUN AND PLAY UNTIL THE DAY COMES WHEN ONE SUDDENLY STOPS PLAYING AND LOOKS UP. THE NOSE TWITCHES THE EARS ARE UP, THE EYES ARE STARING, AND THIS ONE SUDDENLY RUNS FROM THE GROUP. YOU HAVE BEEN SEEN, AND WHEN YOU AND YOUR SPECIAL FRIEND MEET, YOU TAKE HIM OR HER INTO YOUR ARMS AND EMBRACE. YOUR FACE IS KISSED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND YOU LOOK ONCE MORE INTO THE EYES OF YOUR TRUSTING PET.
THEN YOU CROSS THE RAINBOW BRIDGE TOGETHER NEVER AGAIN TO BE SEPARATED.
Thats the story of the rain bow bridge and I read it very often when I am blue, cause it stringthens my hope.
Our God gave us pets because he loves us and he knew we would love them too, pets have no mallus no hate only love for there loved ones, they are loyal and true. They will always live in our hearts as our Lord God does, he will care for them until the day when he calls us to him to be with them in heaven, we are to be here and keep our hope strong and love many other pets he sends our way cause he know we will love and care for them, you see God has special work for we who Love our pets we are to Love and care for their needs while they are here and when he calles them to the RAINBOW BRIDGE, HE WILL TAKE OVER. So each pet you have is a gift from God so care for them the best you can and when he calles them remember the story that it is God plan and He will always be there for you and you will see them again and what a joyous time it will be.
I have lost Freedom, Scruffy, Ginger, my passed dogs, and 4 Squairls I have loved and cared for all broke my heart when they passed, but my stringth came back in hope from the Lord, I have lossed a husband at a very young age he was 45 I was 36 at the time he was older than me but we were very much in love we had 13 years together before the Lord called him home. WOW.. u guyz r selfish i dont even no when i lost EVERY ONE OF MY BIRDS! my babies my life my other half of life... and u dont even have time to right in my blog... i am sooo depressed i was hospitilized thats why DEPRESSION!!!!!!! crying hits me all the time.. its a heart ache and no1 gives respect to me and my birds blogs xcept the people that have rote in it.. I HATE BEING SAD ALONE AND DEPRESSED@! please if u care rite in peppers blog he was my first and died cuz of his broken leg.. plz make me feel better.. Hello to Pepper's flock. I'm sorry we did not have the chance to get to know Pepper over better circumstances, but I'm happy to meet you now. Pepper was a beautiful bird, and I'm certain, a beautiful soul. I'm sure Pepper appreciated every moment with you and the joy of knowing he had found his forever home. Every bird deserves that kind of peace--a peace you provided. When my first bird passed away from old age (14+ year old Budgie) I was so crushed that I never wanted another bird. Luckily, other birds adopted me and the joy overcame the sadness. Joy will overcome your sadness; have faith. V2U! Come visit me, Sarabi.

I am sad for you too. I know it's gonna take time to feel better - but Woody will never be for gotten, & I know you will always remeber Pepper. . I'ts amazing how much love a bird can give!! My daughter has 2 conures - they are so sweet. She was babysitting Woody while I was away - when he died. I felt bad for her. She rushed him to vet & had to leave him a few days. But I know it hurt her to. She is such a bird lover, it's what got me interested in birds. Thanks for stopping by - I appreciate it very much - JoyCome visit me, WOODY ( R.I.P. 8-27-2000).
