 The first time I met my moms was when they walked by my cage at the bird show. I started jumping all over the bars and rubbing my beak up and down between the bars of the cage because I really wanted to meet my mom's mom. Then my dad took me out and handed me to her. I loved both of them at first sight. Then Dad put me back in my cage and they actually walked away! I was so heart broken. I heard my mom's mom say, "But we have enough birds." Then I heard my mom beg. She actually begged and pleaded with her mom for me. Wow! Now you know why I love my mom so much! I was so depressed when they left that I just snuggled against my clutch mate and decided to go to sleep. I wasn't sleeping long before my Dad took me out of my cage and told me I was going to a new home. I was so happy and excited when I saw who I was going home with. On the way home from Cincy my mom told me that my new name is Jingle and I'm to be Honey Bun's new play mate. My Dad told my moms that my parents were a green white face and a lutino lovebird like Twinkie. I'm a silver mutation. I was supposed to be Honey Bun's new playmate but she started picking on me so I was my mom's playmate for a while. She's a whole lot nicer and really spoils me rotten!!! Now Honey Bun and I get along most of the time! We have so much fun when our moms take us out so we can have some play time together.. |

Hi Jingle,
sorry, i have been away for so long, but mum's been very busy with planning their trip to Germany, so my BC time had to suffer!
They're going at the end of June & i will be cared for by my skin brother & his wife. Mum's gonna teach them everything about me. She's pretty worried about me & will make sure i will be proper cared for.
Guess what? Mum just signed a petition to save 'Angus, the eclectus!' Just go to www.birdtricks.com & you'll find the page for the petition! Finally someone is doing something for that poor bird. Apparently that crazy guy has disappeared with Angus, but there have been sightings, so hopefully they'll find him soon!

Guess what Dale went to the Rainbow Bridge. Grandma is wondering how you guys are. Mom doesnt want to get anymore budgies, there are still a few of us and the 4 green ones from last years hatch. Grandma was going to get a lavender male to put with Minnie, she is lavender and yellow, Grandmas school colours are purple and gold--Boulder High School. Well it is so hot here and going to be a storm later but hopefully it will not get here, last night there was dirt blowing, trees swaying, it rained and the middle of the street was a puddle. Hey Jingle-jangles, thanks for flying by to visit. We can't believe your Mommy is getting another bird! How many does that make now? My Mommy says that 2 is all she can handle right now. Guess what? Mommy changed Simon's name to Finnegan because she says he looks Irish! Now can you imagine a bird from Indonesia looking Irish?! That's my Mommy! She says that he's a really messy little guy, and she didn't know how well off she was with just me. Well I would have told her if she had asked me! No, she still hasn't posted his pic or made a page for him here on the BC. She says she hasn't had time. For goodness sake, she's hardly ever on here anymore, and I'm having a very hard time staying in touch with all my friends. I hope you understand...it isn't my fault. I like your new pics, too. So how is everything else going? Everything here is going ok but I'm still really itchy and my mom found a red mite on me but so far the treatments are not helping. So she's gonna get me in to see a bird specialist. I hope this lady can get me some kind of relief!!

Sweet little Jingle, I sent you a congratulations blog on Sun, the 26th, but it didn't show up on your site. It did when I posted it, but it's nowhere to be seen now. I feel so badly. We thought it was kind of strange that we didn't hear back from you since your Mommy is so good at that. So we went to chek just now and we couldn't find our message to you. I hadn't been on the BC for a little while, and then Mommy let me on for a brief time on Sun. That's when we saw that you had won BOTW! Mommy and I were so very happy for you. It's pretty quiet around here today...I'm gonna have to fix that and start squawking a bit. hehehe And it's so warm outside (in the 90's) that the cats look like they have melted to the patio floor. Yes, my beloved SweetPepper will have her dream wedding at the castle. Mom and I are so thrilled. Mom jumped up and down cheering when we saw SweetPepper's picture on the Top Bird page. Hi Jingle,
Congrats on getting BOTW! I am headed over to the castle right this minute! Mom is still sick. She got very sick in Ohio when she was at the show and they had to rush her to the hospital. She has pneumonia. She is going to the docs again today to see if she needs another round of antibiotics. Tweety is feeling a little better. She ate a little bit of her food today not much. Mom said if she is still not eating in the morning she is taking her to the vet. Mom got up a couple of time during the night to check on her. Her wing feather mom is pretty sure it was a blood feather that was bleeding but she still is not sure what happen to her tail feathers.
