Hello again,
Hi there old friend, we've missed you. Mom and I moved away about two years ago and lost contact with everyone. Our computer crashed shortly after we moved and mom cried alot. She said something about loosing "all her contacts for emails, all her saved webpages and her passwords and log in id's to a lot of sites" whatever that meant. I just know we waited a long time before we got a new one. So, we're back on BC now and hope to meet up with some of our old "birdie buddies". I gave you my vote today and I'll see you soon I hope.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM LONG-LOST LITTLE LUCY
Hi Patrick, I don't know exactly how you and I got separated, but I'm so sorry about that. It was probably between all of Mommy's traveling in her job (which she doesn't have anymore) and my Daddy having cancer the past year and a half. Things got pretty hectic what with all the visits for radiation everyday and then the chemo every week. But, hey, Praise the Lord! Daddy is all better now. He's still not back to work because he developed neuropathy in his hands and feet from the chemo. So his feet hurt a lot when he stands on them for any length of time. They even hurt when he desn't stand on them.
Have your parronts rescued or adopted any new birds lately? We have a sort-of new bird in our house. After little Daisy's terrible accident, Mommy needed to find another feathered baby who needed a home. He's a re-homed little guy that Mommy adopted last April. His name is Finnegan and he's an ekkie. Actually his name WAS Simon, but Mommy thought he needed a new name for a new life, and since he's bright green, she thought he looked a little Irish. So she decided to name him Finnegan. He's about 2 1/2 yrs. old and has been a wonderful addition to our family. He's so friendly to everyone who comes in the door, but Mommy is still his favorite. He has never bitten anyone and is just very affectionate. However, he doesn't like his back touched, so Mommy can't pet him. She can stroke his tummy a little and can even touch his wings a bit, but not his head or back. Any suggestions? Well, I want to wish you and your family the very best new year ever, filled with good health, happines and as many blessings as our Good Lord can shower on you. Sad news everyone
Nyah Lee passed away last nite. Her age and sickness finally caught up with her. She had stopped eating yesterday morning and just sat by her food dish and slept all day. And then later on that nite, my fiance told me I should come to the kitchen where her cage was, and when I saw her, she was laying on her side at the bottom of her cage. So I picked her up and held her in her last moments. She never looked so happy to be in my hands than she did last nite. I cried so much after she finally passed. I don't think she felt any pain cuz she was pretty much paralyzed. I miss her already.Come visit me, Babe, Maverick & Shaira, Rico, Kiwi, Rocky, Silly, Ichigo & Benny.

Havent stopped in lately to say hi so am doing it today.Hope you are doing well and the family too.All my toys are in a big plastic bowl so I upset them this morning. Then mom was talking to Chi chi and I told her “my name is Gus” so she would pay attention to me instead.hihihi. Mom put shorts on this morning and I tell you she is going to find jeans real soon cause its only 62 here and already noon so that temperature isn’t going anywhere to day. We are going to freeze our tail feathers for sure!! A local school let kids canoe down the river and picked them up on the trail today.
