Hello from the Oklahoma Gang
Patrick here, we had lil skin niece over night. She was hoppin and boppin all over the place. Mom finally got our voting done...but blogging was pretty much out of the question. hehe...We heard her way before daylight this morning going full steam ahead. I am a fellow Pluck-a-holic. I was powerless over plucking. I was doing great for over 15 years, but I have resorted to plucking again. My fister Hollie has a worse problem with plucking than I do. We should have a Plucker-a-holic club for birdies like us. Even a Greay at Dr. Pepperbergs lab plucks. We are not alone. Hi Jordan, this is Kirby, my sister Suzie usually writes to you but todays my turn. It's rainy and cold here too but we're cozy and warm. Suzie keeps flying all over the place. Hi Jordan, we pickers have to stick together! Mom has been giving me some medicine but it hasn't helped, I'm still picking. Hey Everybirdie, Happy 10 day birthday Baby Zebra Finch!!!!!! Lonnie here, just wish you could see proud Beep and Peep, his Zebra parents. They are now able to leave the nest together sometimes... Mom took a new pic this morning. It is on Patrick's page with the other pics... He is growing fast. Our cage is now next to the Zebra cage. Hope Ellie is taking notes. Hey, hey, hey, it's a bright, bright, bright sunshiny day. We have votes for all our friends.... No snow to watch.(frown) and cold outside (brrr). Lonnie and Ellie finally moved into the bird room with us. Yeah, Patrick just wants to stay close to his cage. I am throwing my veggies and waiting for the afternoon fruit. hehe....We are all just fine. Mom is excited because they are having a bird fair in OkC this Saturday. She has never been to one and warned all of us that she has plans for the day. The skinbabies are trying to go with her...(better there than here) hehe. We can let her have a day off. Daddy will take care of us.. but no out of cage time until she comes home... Does that happen to you? "We ARE Family" All the little birdies and me. No really Ellie and I are making our nest. We don't have any babies yet. Ellie is so fussy. The more I try to help her with the nest, the more she tears up my work and just to do it her way. Daddy says, "Not to worry. That is just the way mommy does him." So I wait until she gets everything right then we will start a Finch Family.
