My flock is pretty well known on Bc..Tidbit, Leah and Ruby!!I have only been in my new home for a couple of weeks but I am adjusting pretty well...with all these cats and a dog too!! Happy New Year! I just flew by to say welcome to the Bird Channel! I love your pic! My name is Jingle and I'm new kind a new here. I'm a baby lovebird. I've only been here a short time and already I've met so many nice birds and their parronts. You will, too! My friends Honey Bun and Cookie sure were right when they were telling me about how friendly and nice everyone is here. I hope you can come by and visit me and maybe even Honey Bun, too. The weather here sure has been cold! The other night mom said it was 3 degrees with a wind chill of -12. Br-r-r! Mom was disappointed we didn't have a white Christmas. Instead we have a white New Year's. It snowed here off and on for two days! Today everything is melting. Mom doesn't like the cold but she does love looking at the snow out the window and it just wasn't around long enough. Of course it never is around long enough for mom because she grew in Massachusetts. Here's a vote for you! I hope we can come by for a visit! It is good to hear from you. Hope you are enjoying 2008. We have had fun today. Mommy let me to get aquainted with the puppies. I love it. When they would walk up to me on the floor, I would raise my umbrella and flap my wings at them and say Wheeeeeee. Bo and Luke would run away and come back again to see if I would do it again. Mom only let me twice. She was afraid I would quit playing and go on the chase. No fun........hehe I wouldn't hurt them. Tennessee won their game and my skin sis called..She is happy. Our house is quieter now that all the Christmas company have gone home. We are enjoying more time with Mommy and Daddy. It is nerve-wracking to have all the human noise in the house. You are a very sweet little guy. We have 2 quakers in our flock.
Our mom would like to know if there is any way to tame our quaker sparky He always wants to bite her. she has to take a towel in order to hold him. She loves him very much and would like to be able to pick him up without getting bite. He was very badly mistreated befor mom got him.
