They sent me a 8x10 glossy o’ th’ official pic when RanePlayer accepted th’ Talon League Champeenship Trophy on b’half o’ the team (‘cause Yours Truly got conned int’ bein’ th’ on t’ DO th’ presentin’!) AND a really CooL trophy for each of us t’ have an’ keep for our very own! That’s B’SIDES th’ Talon League Trophy that’s gonna get t’ sit in our Team’s Trophy Case for th’ next whole year … AT LEAST! SO … what I’m doin’ is I’m havin’ Mom send y’uns each a pi’ture, and your trophy. I think it’d be really CooL t’see each of us showin’ our individ’al trophies on our parrotsonal profile pages on th’ BirdChannel, along with our Player Pics for this season an’ th’ pi’ture o’ RaneBeau acceptin’ th’ League Trophy. Therefore, the Stadium will be opened for a gathering to be officiated by our own Rev. CR Jake <Ö) (I’m sure you all remember him from Asha’s wedding!) beginning at 2 PM EASTERN TIME ON SATURDAY, APRIL 16. There will be an opportunity for anybirdy who wishes to say a few words to do so. And after the memorial service we will have a gathering of food and friends. Bring a covered dish to pass and stay as long as you like. This is our Royal Send Off for Our Fearless Leader. Everybirdy is welcome!

Now, th’last little bit o’ info’s really, ReaLLy, REALLY IMPORTANT ! ! ! Our first game’s scheduled for Saturday, April 9th. An’ it’s gonna be The Commish ‘imself Umpin’ th’ game. I know a couple o’ y’uns’ve been workin’ out an’ gettin’ in shape and whatnot. Now’s the time for EV’RYbirdy to get whipped into shape! We’re all gonna hafta do it on our own b’cause o’ The Mom Situation for me. An’ again, I ‘pologize for that. But I know I can trust all y’all t’show up ripped an’ ready t’WIN.
