Hello from Cotton Ball
Hi Friends, I am experiencing my first snowfall today. I just watch out the window of course,....I also got to get out of the cage to play with visitors this afternoon. Hi Friends, Lonnie here with news from the flock. This has been a great day unless you tried to blog. We are going around voting for all our friends fast and furiously....Maybe someone willl get to read this and know that we still love you all. Fortune has gone outdoors with his flight harness two days in a row. He has Oklahoma wind blown pics to prove it. hehe. No teil eggs ever hatched..must not be fertile. Hey, hey, hey, it bright sunshiny day. No snow to watch.(frown) and cold outside (brrr). Lonnie and Ellie finally moved into the bird room with us. Yeah, Patrick just wants to stay close to his cage. I am throwing my veggies and waiting for the afternoon fruit. hehe....We are all just fine. Mom is excited because they are having a bird fair in OkC this Saturday. She has never been to one and warned all of us that she has plans for the day. The skinbabies are trying to go with her...(better there than here) hehe. We can let her have a day off. Daddy will take care of us.. but no out of cage time until she comes home... Does that happen to you? Happy New Year! I just flew by to say welcome to the Bird Channel! My name is Jingle and I'm new kind a new here. I'm a baby lovebird. I've only been here a short time and already I've met so many nice birds and their parronts. You will, too! My friend Honey Bun sure was right when he was telling me about how friendly and nice everyone is here. I hope you can come by and visit me and maybe even Honey Bun, too. The weather here sure was cold! A couple of nights ago mom said it was 3 degrees with a wind chill of -12. Br-r-r! Mom was disappointed we didn't have a white Christmas. Instead we had a white New Year's. It snowed here off and on for two days! Today everything is melting. Mom doesn't like the cold but she does love looking at the snow out the window and it just wasn't around long enough. Of course it never is around long enough for mom because she grew in Massachusetts. Here's a vote for you! I hope we can come by for a visit! Hi Friend, This is a great day. I decided to start the new year being sweet to Mommy. I was so nice she shared two bites of dry pancake with me this morning. we are trying to watch the Tournament of Roses Parade. We keep getting interupted. I flew up on top of Lonnie and Ellies cage and sat there for a while. Mommy had to get me off and put me back on the stand. She said that I was frightening Ellie(society finch) Lonnie tried to get her to come out and say HI to me but she kept hiding. I'm grooming myself right now...Maybe I forgot to comb my feathers this morning and that scared her. Thanks for the vote and here is one back at ya. Mom gave the fish to my skin sister when the filter started to leak and mom was in the middle of cleaning out her moms house. We have had quite a day here already. The grandkids are here and now they are napping. The Packer game is over, too. They Won! Mommy and Daddy are happy. They said that the next game is in 2 weeks. I don't understand this football stuff but Daddy is watching and another game and hoping Washington wins. Mommy and I are flying around and beaking the vote thingy. Have a great day.
