I had lots of christmas money and I had always wanted a bird. Everyone said they were great starter birds, too. I am also thinking about getting a pair of lovebirds from my sister's friend's mom. She can sell me a pair very cheaply so if anyone could give me a bit of info, that would be deeply appreciated..

Active within 1965 Days Hi! My name is Peanut & Boomer I am a Zebra Finch from Peoria, AZ. The boy's. 5 years old M Zebra Finch Seeds(their regular food is pellets). Their wooden perch. Being caught or having their cage cleaned. Our owner whistles at us and cleans our newspaper and water everyday. The each sing a different song and throw water, seeds, and other "things" at the walls.. Don't poo on the wall!.

Hi Boys! Happy New Year! I just flew by to say welcome to the Bird Channel! I love your pic! My name is Jingle and I'm new kind a new here. I'm a baby lovebird. I've only been here a short time and already I've met so many nice birds and their parronts. You will, too! My friend Honey Bun sure was right when he was telling me about how friendly and nice everyone is here. I hope you can come by and visit me and maybe even Honey Bun, too. The weather here sure was cold! A couple of nights ago mom said it was 3 degrees with a wind chill of -12. Br-r-r! Mom was disappointed we didn't have a white Christmas. Instead we had a white New Year's. It snowed here off and on for two days! Today everything is melting. Mom doesn't like the cold but she does love looking at the snow out the window and it just wasn't around long enough. Of course it never is around long enough for mom because she grew in Massachusetts. Here's a vote for you! I hope we can come by for a visit! Hello from Caymus... Happy 2008 and welcome to the birdchannel! It was an exciting morning down here in Florida…it actually snowed along the coast. We’re in Orlando so I didn’t get to see it first-hand, but that’s been the “big news” reported on the local TV station. It’s been really cold the last few days and my fur brother has been spending a lot of time sleeping under a blanket on the couch. Now I don’t have anyone to throw my veggies at! Fortune is and Umbrella Cockatoo. We have a lot of Cockateils at our house too. If you have questions about them, we can get mommy to help you. She doesn't have any love birds though. Hi Peanut and Boomer Wow whoever took that picture sure is a good camera buff. Well chi chi is a peachfaced lovebird and has lived here since she was 3 months old and that was almost 6 years ago. She wasnt very tame at first and I would take her in the bathroom and work with her and now she is a little sweety pie. She steps up and likes to ride on our shoulders. She also does the turn around for a treat and finds a treat under a cup. She is very different though when she is ready to lay eggs and only wants all the paper in the house she can get then and has a one track mind about it then. We just let her go and clean up the pieces of paper all over. She just got done with that and had one egg and now is her sweet little self again. Her and Gus dont bother one another but he is an eclectus and alot bigger then Chi chi but she wont back down. She is a little person in what she thinks is a big body LOL.
