Happy New Year! I just flew by to say welcome to the Bird Channel! You certainly are a cute little sparrow and very fortunate that your mom rescued you. My name is Jingle and I'm new kind a new here. I'm a baby lovebird. I've only been here a short time and already I've met so many nice birds and their parronts. You will, too! My friend Honey Bun sure was right when he was telling me about how friendly and nice everyone is here. I hope you can come by and visit me and maybe even Honey Bun, too. The weather here sure was cold! A couple of nights ago mom said it was 3 degrees with a wind chill of -12. Br-r-r! Mom was disappointed we didn't have a white Christmas. Instead we had a white New Year's. It snowed here off and on for two days! Today everything is melting. Mom doesn't like the cold but she does love looking at the snow out the window and it just wasn't around long enough. Of course it never is around long enough for mom because she grew in Massachusetts. Here's a vote for you! I hope we can come by for a visit! Hi little sparrow, I bet you are biting you wing and staring into space to find your feathered mommy. It is all right to rest and get your strength. Your vet probably has not seen very many cockateils... Ask you new skin Mommy to go to Profiles and search for cockateils. She will no that the vet was confused and gave her the wrong answer. We don't care if you are a cockateil or a sparrow, we love you just the way you are. Here is our vote.
