 I was given to my new mom..(I never had a Mom before) because my other Daddy did not have time for me anymore..
I stayed in a dark room ,never got attention and when I did come out someone yelled get that nasty thing out of here. My new Mom says I did smell awlful.. like a dirty cig tray. I have had many showers NOW I SMELL SWEET.. I now get fresh water and food everyday. ..AWESOME.. My beak is broken badly and can not be fixed.. but my new mom crushes soft easy foods for me to eat..also crushed peanuts. ...PEANUTS ARE AWESOME..I get out of my cage everyday, I can talk, scream almost anything.. I also have others like me that sing and talk and scream AWESOME..I do miss my daddy but my new home is alot better. I never had a Mom before ..sometimes I get scared and scream But she sings and talk nice to me..I step up to her today..IT WAS NICE....I THINK I WILL BE A-OK HERE. |

Hello Buster, Fortune and Patrick here, we have news for everybirdie, It is a Happy 10th day birthday for the Baby Zebra Finch!!!!!! Lonnie here, just wish you could see proud Beep and Peep, his Zebra parents. They are now able to leave the nest together sometimes... Mom took a new pic this morning. It is on Patrick's page with the other pics... He is growing fast. Our age is now next to the Zebra cage. Hope Ellie is taking notes.
