hoo hoo Lucky!
I used to be a biter too but my humans finally figured out why and hope it helps you to stop biting too! It's a lot nicer to be loved on by everyone in the house and not just one ya know? I'm a daddy's bird, but mama figured out that if she wraps a dish towel around her arm it makes me feel a lot more secure and safe when I step up from my cage or play gym. It worked the very first time too! They stopped allowing me to get on their shoulders for any reason too- that helped me too! They sure are smart to figure this stuff out when we are clearly smarter than any human!!! They said being allowed on their shoulders is a dominance problem and makes me think I'm a flock leader so, no more shoulders for me. It changed me to a sweetie peetie beaky face! Mama says she hopes this advice she got and is sharing helps you too!

Then she has some that are crazy and just want to come up and touch us - not understanding that we need to be introduced to us first and have a chance to get to know them before they come near us. BOTW VOTES
Hi everyone, SweetPepper here. There is a campaign being run for my brother tiel Maxi for BOTW. He is 15 1/2yrs old and has never won anything in his entire birdie life. My sister Kacey and I have won contests and even had our pictures published in magazines. We would love it for Maxi to win something. He is a senior bird and one never knows how long a senior bird will live. He is in good health but so was my brother Digger and he died suddenly without warning. So if everyone could stop in to his page each and everyday and vote for him I would greatly appreciate it. Hello Lucky, Fortune and Patrick here, we have news for everybirdie, It is a Happy 10th day birthday for the Baby Zebra Finch!!!!!! Lonnie here, just wish you could see proud Beep and Peep, his Zebra parents. They are now able to leave the nest together sometimes... Mom took a new pic this morning. It is on Patrick's page with the other pics... He is growing fast. Our age is now next to the Zebra cage. Hope Ellie is taking notes. Hot huh? Hmmm. Mommy likes the four seasons - which we usually get here in Virginia. But it's not usually too cold in the winter (not like up North) but we can have some days that are pretty brrr! The summer though - it can get real yucky (August) with the humidity! It makes you all wet and sweaty - makes you feel like taking a shower every minute! We birds love it like that! How are you today? It is so nice to meet you! We love making new friends! That recipe sounds delicious - mommy is going to try it right after we get off the computer thing. Mommy hadn't thought to use a tortilla! I do love my peanut butter. Dutchess is starting to warm up to it - at first she wouldn't eat anything but seed - just like me when mommy got me - but now - I eat everything and don't want my pellets/seed mixture! Go figure! come visit me and my family soon, I hope we can be friends, I like all species of birds, in our family we have a blue and gold macaw, and a scarlet macaw, myself a orange winged amazon. Also a lutino cockateil. We all get along great and have soo much fun together all day, we don't even need humans to keep us entertained, except for our mommy, we love having her around, she is soo funny and soo much fun, she makes us laugh and gives us lots of treats and spoils us rotten. I forgot to tell you ... It's snowing here ... it's awesome! The kids came home early from school - that means a lot more noise but that's ok. Daddy built Dutchess a play perch thing on top of Dutchess' cage last night (like he did for mine) and she is trying it out - soon she will come to love it like I love mine.
