Hi Chit Chat!
I love Chickens!! I've had a chance to make friends with a few at the bird Sanctuary where I volunteer and I found them to be smart, funny and very lovable. Of course, these gals were spoiled pets who are around people all the time. There are two currently living there, Goldie and Chicken (original name!), and I pick up each one and give them a squeeze and some kisses! I tell Goldie, "Give me some chicken love!" and she gets all ready for me to pick her up. They smell great when they are clean and healthy too! Good to see chickens on the bird channel! We are neighbors too. I live in Largo with my flock of 9 birds. My mom and sister live in New Port Richey! Have a great day and don't get into too much chicken trouble! Hi Friends, Lonnie here with news from the flock. This has been a great day unless you tried to blog. We are going around voting for all our friends fast and furiously....Maybe someone willl get to read this and know that we still love you all. Fortune has gone outdoors with his flight harness two days in a row. He has Oklahoma wind blown pics to prove it. hehe. No teil eggs ever hatched..must not be fertile. Cotton Ball and the Lovies now have their own pages. Patrick is being very good and Mommy is happy with all of us. Votes for all.
