We miss seeing you more often, but I'm always glad when you do stop by. Mom will be working 2 evenings this week at the museum, and of course, mornings at the center.
Last night mom had some friends over for pizza, wings, and salad. It was a good dinner, and we got some crusts. No bones for us, though, because mom is always afraid we'd toss them to the dogs. Today is following what seems to be the trend this summer: one gorgeous day followed by rain. Yesterday it was beautiful out, but today it's very grey. Maybe mom will stay home and do laundry, after she goes out to buy wild bird food. It seems those wild birds are eating us out of house and home this year. I hope you are having a good day. It sure was great seeing you on the front page LOL...so glad you won botd too. Yep I am a pitcher for the team and come see our team play anytime you can. It will be great hearing you up the stands rooting for us too. Yesterday dad had to shut the power off at the pavilion on the trail since he had turned it on the day before since somebody had rented it for the day. Dad told mom it could be a 2 for 1 trip cause they could go down and shut the power off and then walk/bike. Mom said ok and off they went. When mom got to the 1 mile marker it started to sprinkle so mom pulled her umbrella open and kept on walking. It started to rain harder. Mom got to the 2 mile marker and turned around. Pretty soon dad passed her on his bike and he was soaked. When mom got to the pavilion dad was there talking to some guy they both know. Later mom said the trip was a 3 for 1 and not a 2 for 1 since they got the power off, exercise and a shower LOL. “Roses are red, Violets are blue and I just left a big ole vote for you!” Your kissing cousin, Chi chi.

My big frother Josh thinks he's a really big deal, you know, with all those macaw feathers and that biblical general's name. He's a young upstart and needs to know how to respect us elders! Good morning my King
...well for you, it is back to reality today, but at least I don't have to share my man with the whole world today! Brother Flash drove me to the stadium on his scooter, now that was an experience, he was wound up tight and totally wired and could not wait at home any longer! I used to get that way on game day also! I am up in the stands waiting for somebody I know to come and sit with me! You know I wish you were still playing, that would peak my interest even more! Great weather today, I'm sure you you and Rusty Butt will be outside when mom gets back from buying veggies for you guys! I gotta going, but not before leaving you all the love I have! Ohhhh Jeepers!!! I could NEVER forget you....your Hatchday Maybe....but NOT YOU!!!! I CANNOT believe another year has rolled around...hey, I still see streamers at the side of your perch from the last party...ohhhhh...the party just carries on?....yeah! Why stop! Let's just keep celebrating EVERY DAY!! Things are still jumping around here, but might be settling down this week for a bit...I would LOVE to get my spritzing outside like that but only in my travel cage. I do like the spritzer Mom uses when I sit high up on the shower stall. I'd love to do some chomping on that garden down there too!! Mom's idea of gardening is going to the Farmers' Market and hauling it home. Last time she tried to grow a tomato, it looked more like a condo for worms...they would wave to each other from their balconies!
