 I adopted him from an owner who didnt want him anymore. They said he took too much time and attention, but I give the previous owner credit for acknowledging the fact Tiki would do better with an owner (me!)who had more time. I'm happy I could be Tiki's 'forever' home.. |

Hello!
My name is Ces Erdman and I am a huge bird dork! At the moment there is not a Bird Club in Wilmington, NC. So, I decided to start one myself! Come to find out, there are a lot of bird lovers in the Wilmington area and no where to express our interests. In the beginning this site will be a way to communicate with other bird lovers, ask questions, find birds to adopt, read interesting articles, share bird links, find bird sites, and of course share pics of our babies! I had the chance to "rescue" a lovvie from another owner once. She used to be a breeder with a cagemate that died. She was a constant egglayer & was in a filthy fly infested cage. I was going to get her for $20, but she ended up being sold at an auction. :'( Come visit me, Polly Tenwood N..

THANKS FOR THE VISIT. I JUST CAN'T HELP BUT GO AFTER SCRATCH WHEN MOMMY ISN'T LOOKING. HE IS SUCH A MOMMA'S BOY!!! MOMMY ALWAYS SIDES WITH HIM TOO...AMAZING WITH MY VOCABULARY THAT I NEVER LEARNED HOW TO SAY, NO SUMMER!!! HARLEY AND I HANG OUT, WE ARE BOTH ACROBATIC CLOWNS...AND FELLOW HAIR-SURFERS. yay us.. and my parents are lucky too, even though my human mommy says they aren't love birds she says they are evil hate birds cause they bonded with eachother and aren't tame anymore!!! but she still loves them too!!!!!
