My husband wanted a potbellied pig or a parrot for his birthday, well I wasn't going to have a pig in the house and I used to have a parakeet when I was younger, so I decided a parrot it would be. There was a bird lady in town selling birds under a big tent. I saw loki, only 10 weeks old, and he snuggled up to my neck and I was his. He loves my husband too, only he likes to pierce his ears and nose so my husband kind of shys away from him. Loki has learned how to talk from my husband because he likes his deep voice..

Active within 482 Days Hi! My name is loki I am from Cleveland, TX. Mom calls me oki doki loki 11 years old M I just love almonds, and If I am very good Mom will give me a cheerio. I love hanging out on the back of the couch and watching TV with Mom and Dad. Mom and I like Cops the best. I don't know why Dad wears a hat when I am around. I hate getting my cage cleaned. I don't like anyone touching my stuff. Especially my water dish that took me all day to make into soup. I have a Pet Poodle called Frankie. I dont like him hanging around mom so much so when he isnt looking I sneak up on him and bite His toes. Frankies is very old and cant see or hear and he can only smell. I am glad I dont smell so he doesnt even know Im there. Lately when mom comes home I call frankie but he doesnt come I dont know why. ( Frankie was 17 years old and he died. so I as a mom put a toy poodle on the floor at my feet Just so loki can bite his toes. and he doesnt miss frankie so much) but I miss him everytime loki calls him. which is everyday.) I love my owner when she comes home from work. I get sooo excited I start screeching before she even gets in the door. When she comes in I tell her all the new sounds and words I learned for the day and she lets me come out of my cage and we watch cops together. I also love it when she shares her shower with me. I like to lay on the floor of my play station and pick food up and drop it on my tummy like a food shower or a corn cob nesting shower. I have an extreme sport. I play with a big tennis ball lifting it up and down and up and down. Then when everyone is watching me I throw it off my cage and Mom throws it back so I throw it off again and we have fun playing ball. Sometimes I forget to let go and I go bouncing around the floor hanging on for dear life. Now thats what I call an extreme sport, you should try it!. Whats up loki! What ya doin' boy? See ya! Hello from The Konawa Oklahoma Gang Hi Patrick here, Mommy made it home from church and the little skin niece is with her. Slate and Mica moved into the bird room wirh us this morning. They moved into a larger cage. Yes, they promptly escaped while Mom and Dad were gone. They wouldn't get out of the room and just ran around climbing on everybirdies cage to visit. Hi from Fortune, St. Patrick and Lonnie Patrick here, I'm being good. The Lovies, Slate and Mica, won't let me sit on top of their cage, they nip at my toes. Then I moved to the top of the aquarium now that silly Mica, is trying to move in on my territory there. Daddy put him back in the cage. We were having words.....so to speak. At least I didn't try to nip him. hehe LOCK DOWN for MICA. hehe....My BC friend, Talker, the Cockateil's, baby is so cute. We love baby teils. We have six teil eggs in the nest box with Mrs. Skeeter and her husband Wishbone. Wishbone is a good daddy too. He seems to love caring for the babies more than Skeeter does. They are so funny. They should start hatching soon. Our Zebra baby needs a name that is not gender specific. Any Ideas? It is all white. They mature faster than teils do. It's new pic is on my (Patrick's) page. Loki sounds adorable! I love poicephalus, especially sennies. They have such pretty colors. :) I have a meyers and a brown head, and i'm looking into either a sennie or a red-belly. Loki sounds like a riot! I considered a senegal for my next bird. In fact, they may still be on my list of possibilities. I love having an entertaining bird. Loki is quite a daredevil, hurling himself off the cage with a full-size tennis ball! He might enjoy watching some tennis matches on tv :-) Sam has me trained to fetch.
