 We walked into an exotic bird to look around and he quickly caught our eye. Him and his cage buddy were just sitting there in their cage.I reached out and he jumped on my finger.I came back ammediatly the next day and got my little Milo man.. |

Hi I havent been on the last couple days because I had to stay with my grandparents while my mom went to visit some friends out of state and even though she was only gone over night I missed her so bad I couldnt stop giving her kisses when I saw her so we cuddled instead of visiting on here last night so now I'm catching up on votes and visits!!! You are truly adorable. But I believe you are a female cockatiel. Male cockatiels have yellow heads and females have gray heads. Of course, this differs a little with some of the mutations but you seem to be a normal gray or one of the darker mutations. You can check with a cockatiel breeder or veterinarian if you want to make sure.Come visit me, Natty, Deacon & Carlisle.

I’m a ‘new fid on the block’ too! I can get what it’s like to have to try to break the ice, and start making new friends here on the BirdChannel. I may live in the South, but I’m FROM the North, so I know ‘breaking ice!’ So I said to myself, I said “Self, wouldn’t it be easiest to start off talking to fids who are just as nervous as you are?
