I had a good weekend.Olivia is a pretty girl no wonder you love her, she so sweet and delicate, a real little lady.Sammy you have good taste.
Today I'm nervous because my dads son brought over his dog and put him in the back yard with no warning , so of course I started screaming my alarm .I scared my mom she didn't know what was going on.so now we are in the computer room writing blogs until I settle down.I'm so timid.Do you ever get nervous sammy?

WoW!That's quite an impressive flock you have.I live with two conures.One is a jenday and the other is a mitred.None of us get along. I think it's because we are all males.The two conures want to see each other,but they don't play nice together.So everyone has there own tree.
You say you don't like to go back on your perch,how about going in your cage at night?
I know, that to me is the worst part of the day.Even though I'm out all day,hanging out with mom and dad or on my tree.
So how my mom resolves this, is she leaves her shower time with me at the very last thing she does with me ,then she doesn't have to climb on a chair to get me down from my tree,I will come to her when she says "do you want to go in the shower with momma"?
That's how she outsmarts me everynite.Of course at this time I don't get wet in the shower ,I just get the steam from the shower,and I love being with my mom.
So for every problem there's a solution.My moms always thinking.
Well it's been great squawking with you,hope your having a nice sunday.

I’m a ‘new fid on the block’ too! I can get what it’s like to have to try to break the ice, and start making new friends here on the BirdChannel. I may live in the South, but I’m FROM the North, so I know ‘breaking ice!’ So I said to myself, I said “Self, wouldn’t it be easiest to start off talking to fids who are just as nervous as you are? Helllloooo (yawn) friends, What a night. I slept great. Thanks for all the encouragement and support..I suppose I was a bit sassy with the boys..Oh Well, they are stepping up, ...perching ....and ...taking notice. ...........Patrick accepted a challenge yesterday and ......Waaaaa lah! ......... HE did it.. ............It is a made up story, of course, but HE DID IT.!. (See his limerick of the day on his page under his motto) Edgar Allen Chirp bet he couldn't do it......... It makes no sense to me. He told me I'd understand when I gew up...SEE HE IS STILL PUTTING ME DOWN...... I AM NOT DUMB..I just haven't learned everything yet. That is OK by me. I don't wanna grow up....I'm a Zebra Finch fid.....I can "step up" on your vote button AND I WILL ON THE WAY OUT...TTFN Cotton Ball (wink)....... ............. ............. .............
