I had been thinking about getting a dove for a while. Then I went to a bird show and found Honk. It was really lucky because they don't have Ringnecks very often..

Active within 1676 Days Hi! My name is Honk I am from Little Canada, MN. Honkman 7 years old M Honk's favorite foods are millet and peas. Honk likes to sit on the highest thing in the room that he can turn into a perch. Honk's pet peeve is the smaller birds (budgies, lovebirds, etc.) I'm not really sure whether Honk is a male or female, becuase he does both the bow coo and the wing fluttering!. Coo Coo Coo Honk!.

Pretty bird for sure He/she is beautiful lol. I didn't know the gender of my dove when I first got her either. But she layed an egg and then we knew. She's used to be such a tomboy, and then we got her a mate. Since then, they've only raised baby boys, three pairs of them! Male or female, you have a wonderful bird.
