Hi, Chelsea!
Mom graduated from St. Albans High School 1962 and me and mom are going to MawMaw's, as I call her, in St. Albans this weekend and my skin aunt I always try to bite will be there coming from Cinnci. and her partner from Oak Hill who lives with her. I think I get to go in my smaller cage this time because mom can't manage the big one any longer getting in and out of car because of her muscle disease. I'll do ok just one night and then back to my regular cage as long as MawMaw doesn't change my cage parking spot like she did before. I hated that and I let them all know about it too by pacing and sqwaking flapping until mom figured it out and put me back in regular spot. You just gotta keep after these skins to let them know what you want and don't want, Chelsea. Maybe we will all have a chance to have a feather party some time and meet up in St. Albans that would be fun! Please keep in touch. I enjoy chattering. FELLOW WEST VIRGINIAN COUNTRY ROAD FEATHERS YIPEE!
Hello, and welcome to the BC, Chelsea! You are very pretty. I'm so sorry to hear about your cousin Alex passing some months ago. He was truly a very special feathered blessing to us all.
I am Peter the Quaker from FAYETTEVILLE, West Virginia and my beatiful New River Gorge Bridge mom takes me to see. She tells me that's where the big, bad ugly Pear-a-grins(mom says pear-a-grin)live when they aren't flying over our house looking for us little birds to eat.
Mom and I go to grandma's house in St. Albans too and I call her Maw-maw all the time. St. Albans is where my mom went to school. I've always gone to school in somebirdy's home and they taught me everything I know! Mom is my 4th home.
I've been a BC member about a month now and I love it. Lots of new friends, lots of fun and so many interesting stories and secrets we feathers have to tell. I hope you'll enjoy your stay with us. Everybody is great and we've all learned how to get our feet on the computer keys and tap out hello and welcomes. Come back and talk some more. I'll leave you a vote as I fly out.
