A New Friend!

Vet Visit

Hi Baby Girl
Looks like you are getting some shut eye in that picture hihihi.Not much is happening at our house today. Mom was cleaning and washing clothes as usual. The skin sister and granddaughter went on a field trip with the school today. The skin granddaughter gets car sick and this trip was an hour away so mom was wondering how things went for them. It rained pretty hard last night and off and on today but was 60 out so not a bad day. We are hoping your day was good too and please come visit with us again. My adventure!!!!
Hello Friends I had quite the day yesterday, so I thought I would pop in and tell ya about it. I was on mom's sholder and she went outside to put a rotted mango in the compost. Nobody knows what happend next but I remember being spooked and I had to get out of there, so I flew to the outside top of the pool cage. Mom looked totaly shocked,'cuz' my wings are clipped. Mom got a ladder and came up to the roof with me and wanted me to step up but I just couldn't, she was still too far way. I would hold my foot up but I couldn't reach her. She kept telling me to come here and step up, she said if I didn't an osprey was going to fly bye and take me from her and it would eat me......I was just so scard!! The veiw was super! I could see everything! An air plane, butterfly, and some big ugly beatle. Mom seemed to start to get alittle mad and started throwing leaves at me! That was scarry too she could have poked my eye. I had no other choce but to fly off again to get away from her crazyness! This time I headed north with no real plan. I had to pull up when I noticed the roof peak was in my flight route. Mom said she coul not see me after I cleared the peak. I could hear her though she was yelling to me and @ my 2 roomates. (the crazy dogs.) We were all yelling I was beyond scarred now, I can't even tell you! I tried to land on the tin shed but it was too slippery and I was slidding down the side of it then I saw a little wooden ledge on the fence and I put my foot out and grabed on for dear life! I was not going to let go, this was a great hiding place. Then finally mom came to my rescue. I was holding on so tight I couldn't even step up on mom's hand that was right at my breast bone. She had to grab my feet and pull me off! As soon as she got me she put me up to her breast bone and we just snuggled! It would have been a little better if she would have let up on the grip she had on my feet, just alittle bit. The reast of the day I was so beat and just happy to be safe that I snuggled up on mom and slept! Mom said she would try to download the photo she took of me sleeping on her if she can. so check out my pics and it will be the one with my eyes shut!!!!Come visit me, Jose & Baby Girl.

Good morrning guys!
Hey me Baby Girl again, I wanted to express my thoughts on an issue I ran into here on BC. I do love coming here and meeting all my new friends. I also love all the parrot related fun and information here....BUT, my mom had to change her e-mail address and we then had to redo my whole profiles and so it means I now have 2! And it also means I had to start over on friends and points etc.. I e-mailed BC but they told me they can not combined my 2 profiles. I have been on BC for like a year and 1/2 but now it says that I've only been here for a few weeks. This all made me very sad and I just needed to let you all know!
