Biting
General does need a stick of natural wood or something else to step up on. This way she will bite the stick before getting to your fingers. My Buddie used to like to bite anything; this is how I broke her of this. Also you might want to try talking to her before you go to pick her up. It seems to help. Bath and Biting
Do you clip generals wings? I find it makes them more friendly to humans when they cant fly. and my husband made me a T stick to let my loki, who likes to bite fingers, step up on when he flys and hits the ground. this way the grand kids can walk around with him not biting them and you can put him in his cage without him biting when he doesnt want to go. General is beautiful! I don't think I ever looked up what a Maximillian is supposed to look like. It would be nice if Maxi someday could look as pretty as General does!
