 She was meant to be the mate of Pickles, because she was supposed to be a he. She went with Peaches and they were happy for several years together even though she was never really a mama like she wanted to be. She did foster a parakeet baby though, which she loved. When Peaches died, I got Mango. They seemed happy at first, but she ended up killing him. Hence the nickname Black Widow. She can only play with other birds with supervision now. No one in her cage with her.. |
