Sully, Roxie and their new baby brother, Rufus passed away over the weekend. Some kind of toxin in the air. Marvin miraculously made it through. He's doing better by the minute. Hey again. I'd love to try. We would have to somehow get in touch with each other so we can cross reference and stuff like that. Personally I don't really know how to start a website. But I'm sure it's easy to learn. I think a lot of these Yellow collars on the site are second or even third hand pets. That could be part of the reason they're afraid of hands. It's sad to think that people would harm something so cute and small. I don't have problems with Emmie because I am his first owner. And I intend to be his last owner too. There is no reason why someone should mistreat their pet, may as well not even get a pet if your going to mistreat it. So I hope that you enjoy your new home and have the love that you really need. WOW, I love your story too. Amazing people to do that for this bird. Poor little guy. YOU both are amazing . He looks so happy and my zazoo has that same big swing in his cage too :) And about foul language I WORKED real hard to make sure NO ONE has or will ever teach him that, and I explain why, not a good idea. I agree. Well you ARE both doing a great job with him :) And about Zazoo YES he was lucky to NOT have been among the other birds that were stolen etc. I couldn't beleive it when I went in the pet shop to get him more toys and saw the place had no birds! :( It was like a week after I got him. I still cannot get over it. So mean, all for the love of money. Like the shop owner had said they could of left them to anyone and he would of been ok with that. Hi Sully t sounds like you found a wonderful forever home. We are happy for you, for sure. As for the potty mouth. Uzi is the King of Potty-mouths, but he learned it here. Mom had him before kids, so he was the big brother...and the boys and their frinds thought...hey, let's teach the bird to swear!!! He says F-you every day, we think that may be confused with thank you, lol. As for the Caiques...they are infectios, and even though We have Harley, there were three white belly's in the store, and if mom had the money, they would all be here right now!!! un loved and miss treated we angel face and sweetie pie sure know how you felt sully. until Mom got use we were very left out and forgotten. now we are the center of moms eye. and we just thrive on being loved and cared for like mom does. it makes me so happy to hear other happy endings it makes me want to cherp. Peep! Peeep!! PEEEEEP!!!! come see us and if you could help my sister angel face to stop eating the food dish i would really appreciate it. pretty soon we wont have enough of one for mom to put food in it. and that will make me mad. love ya sweety pie. Harley was glad to see that there are other yellow-collared macaws on here. We hardly ever see anything about them when we are looking for information. Knowing how lkoving he has become in just 7 months, it's hard to beleive that people abuse them and don't like them. Of my three birds (we have a pair of Sun Conures) he is definitely the most cuddly and fun. Thanks for visiting. Sully is so fortunate to have you taking such great care of him. I loved reading about every detail of his personality, how you met, and his quirks as well.
