 we where looking to adopt a new bird and we were on the avalon parrot site, We seen a little bird Named george and we went to see him to check out the adoption process, when we got there, Sam looked so cute and his story of how he got there was not nice, Hi last owner left him in the Garage for about 6 months all by his lonesome. we took him home about 2 weeks later. |

Kept in a garage? How horrible. My friend Sadie was rescued from a garage in February in Massachusetts. I hate to hear of someone abusing birdies like that. I am glad you are doing OK. Hello Sam green-cheek- I'm Sam green-cheek too! I thought that it was time we meet since we haven't crossed paths yet (my caregiver was checking out the other green-cheeks and saw you). So much fun to see so many of our own species, isn't it? I love to fly, but sometimes I go behind the other bird cages and get confused as to how to get out! Mostly I want to hang out on Sara- especially when she's in a hurry and doesn't have time to play!Come visit me, Tedi, Sam, Sky *RIP* & Wind.

One more thing Sam; I cannot beleive anyone could something like to any bird. In a garage all alone! It gets me so mad.
