I am a Scarlet Macaw from Montgomery, AL.

Crackers and Peanuts
 My birdie stand or around the house. Sometimes I can go outside .. but I can't fly anyway so Mommy won't have to worry ..
 When my human fellows try to pick me up! I like to sit on my stand and watch the world, but, until the family learns how to hold me properly, I think they should let me be! (Cough Cough, Mom LOL!)
 Everything!
 I can say "Crrrrracker?" and, "Mom! Hungrrrrry!" I also bob my head up and down when I see food..
 Being a bird is tough. You have to speak for food and attention, sing with mommy for a show and eat anything mommy shows you .. well that part isn't so bad!.

Ginny, all I can say is that you are a gorgeous bird.I am a b&g Macaw and I can understand your apprehension about being held until your parronts get the hank of it. I went through the same thing....but now I am on mom before she knows what hither. You know in the beginning it is scary for the human as well as the bird. My mom told me later that she used to be scared that she would hurt me, and I was able to sense that. But it all will work out, I promise. I left a V4U,

Hello!My name is Jolie,and I'm a greenwing Macaw nice to meet you.Looks like you don't mind being outside.I'm afraid to be outside ,because we have hawks that are looking for something to eat, and I'm not fancying that to much.I wish I could be safe outside, like you can.I do go out, but for short periods of time.Another thing I can fly,sooooooo!not so safe.
I wish I had a aviary to put outdoors for the summer that would be great.
