 Growing up I had a African Grey, then a Magpie. I have had several parakeets, and always have enjoyed birds. Several years back I got a Military Macaw and my father spoiled her so bad, she did not want anyone touching her, but him. I ended up having to get rid of her and she turned into a breeder bird. I now have 2 finches and a cockatiel. Recently a friend and I were talking about birds and I decided to look through the local want ads, and I found a local breeder. Over the past couple of weeks I have been going out to her house and interacting with the birds, and I have been doing research. I really enjoy what I have read about the Quakers, and I would like to have a companion that I will enjoy her company.. |
