"Yes, I go outside. Mom always takes a carrier with in case I get upset,so she can put me in quick. my wings are trimed, but bird still can fly away if you get a good wind. Mom trust me!! It's not a good idea if your wings aren't trimed and if your not sure what your bird would do. Like I said, they stlll can fly with their wings being trimed.Here's a V4U, talk to ya later.
