My New bird looks like yours
Your bird is as Beautiful as mine. She looks just like your bird. I rescued her from somone who was not taking good care of her. I did not know what kind she was when I got her. She is very playful, loveable, and sometimes loud, she does talk alsoCome visit me, Bella, clover, Scarlett, Angel & Woody.

My mom is on an amazon list with a lady with a bronto and she had never heard of them. She looked them up here and found you and Lulu. You are both very cute. She knows a little about parrotlets but is curious about you guys. Maybe your mom can tell her more about how great you guys are/

Hi Gizmo! Mom is very excited to find you here. I have to tell you she really wanted to get a greycheek parakeet like you before she got me. She searched and searched, asked breeders, emailed, went to bird fairs and could not find any. A few months later she decided the next best thing was an amazon. She got busy looking for one and she found me (an orange winged amazon). She says she still would LOVE to have a greycheek parakeet as pet. They told her they are difficult to breed and there are only a small number of them left in the US. Can you ask your mom if that is true??? Hugs and birdie kisses to you. Boy you sure are pretty, my Mom needs to look up and see what kind of bird your all about. I am Tiki a yellow-sided conure and my sister is Wiki a lessor sulfa-crested cocatoo and my dad just brought home a new jardine. He will have a site I am sure real soon. We live in El Cajon too, right near Grossmont College. It gets a little hot out here, thank goodness we all love water, do you? Wiki likes to shred things too. To many things that do not belong to her, like the leather couch, shirts, frames and the list goes on. Not me I am so good and only play with my toys, well more or less, my favorite is bells. I cannot get enough of them. I ike to stick my head in them and talk, it sounds so funny. That is funny you watch your mommy brush her teeth and I bet she loves having you around. I consider myself a conure person, but tiels definitely hold a special place in my heart. They're so loyal and loving, I can't imagine my life without them!!
Gizmo is BEAUTIFUL, by the way! I looked into grey cheeks before I got bartok, but could not find any available. She sounds like a real joy though. :)Come visit me, Marguerite, Bartok, Sophie & Winston.
