God Bless you Elmo---its a sad day when you lose a member of your family whether it is a humand or a bird. I feel your loss--I lost my first Afican Grey (Peggy)when my stupid ex-husband took her outside and she flew away after I told him to put the leash on her. But now I have taken in another African Grey (Mistic)and she loves the company with my Green Amazon and Blue and Gold Macaw. I could never give up my babies for nothing or no one. I am so sorry to here about the loss of your bird. We have came so close to loosing our Tweety.
Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. My mom is glad to tell you how she makes the musical notes.... After you have added your comment, click on Edit, then - Hold down the ALT key and press on the numbers 1 & 3 to the right of your keyboard and let go of the ALT key. The musical note will appear on your message. You then click on Update. It will then appear on your blog just like the heart. Give me a visit back and show me if you have succeeded. :) ♥ ♥ ... Sometimes it will make your message appear two times after it is sent, and I don't know why. When I see it on a page that I have sent a message, I delete the one that I don't want to show. Hello! I saw your memorial for Elmo. I tried to see your profile so I can vote. I found it today, but I already voted. I will vote for you Sunday. I promise! You had a very sweet and beautiful budgie, and she will always be with you. Mabye someday, you will get a bigger cage and get a buddie for Tweety. I'm very sorry. I think your neighbors aren't very responsible. Elmo will always be in your heart and watching you from heaven. My cockatiels, Cheeks and Klips, have died too. I hope Tweety is doing okay without Elmo. Elmo was a very pretty bird! Elmo was a lot like Skittles. I wasn't sure whether Skittles was a boy or girl, but would've gambled on being a boy.
