Hi Monty , yes we got 2 babies from 9 eggs not bad for first time parronts . So far they are doing a good job of looking after their young our only problem is they are acting like they plan to have another clutch as soon as they can lol .
we will update the photos as the babies grow .

Did you have a fun Saturday. We didn't do much, went outside for a while with Mom. She took us to the garden to pick vege's. We got watermellon and canalope to, we can't wait to get some of that. Monty , us Kakariki are only new to this house . We havnt been here a month yet and we are still in quarentine . We are a bird our new mum has always been interested in and one day hopes to get to see Kakariki and other new zealand parrots in the wild . I don't know how to say boobie, but Mom would probably get a kick out of it. I don't know any birdy dirty words, but sometimes I hear Mom say a word that I think is dirty but I haven't gotten it down pat yet. hehe. I can say I love Mama though. She really likes that. I like to stand on top of my cage flap my wings and shake my tail feathers and yell like crazy, all the other birds look at me like I've gone crazy.
