I will give the female human a kiss IF she gives me a pine nut. I will do many silly things for her for a pine nut.
I love music, too. Despite my tough exterior, I love mellow, crooning music with a great melody. I particularly love Ella Fitzgerald -- her version of "Dancing Cheek to Beak" is to die for. I will sway and click for it every time! I learned how to really dance and I get a lot of attention for it.

I love to be on top of the curtain rod, strutting my stuff. If you don't notice me there, I will bang my beak and stink eye you until you do.

I hate anyone that comes into the room thinking they are better than me. I AM THE BIGGEST BADDEST BIRD EVER and I aim to make sure you know it. Bow to me, I am the bird that all others should be measured by. I should be feared.
And don't show me any brown cardboard boxes. I hate those things -- they are the only things that gives me the heebie-jeebies!

The female human... I have her right where I want her. She will do anything for me and I dole out the rewards sparingly, in just enough amounts that I keep her trying to do whatever I may want. The male human is my best buddy. He and I can play and wrestle and be "guys" together. He can scritch me just right. I love shower time where we get all wet and scream and whoop in the spray. But I don't let him sing to me. I'll nip him if he sings -- that's the female human's job.

I'll give you the supreme stink eye. Then turn around and give a kiss noise. It keeps you on your toes and makes you want to keep trying to get on my good side.
I am the leader of all the birds in the house. What I say goes. I tell them all what to say and when to say it..
