 We bought Elvis from a good family friend that happens to be a bird breeder. We loved the macaw species, and thought that Elvis would have a macaw personality in a tinier package. We were right!. |

Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. MY BABY BROTHER, AN AFRICAN GREY, / NEEDS A VOTE FROM HIS FRIENDS EVERYDAY/ TO HELP HIM WIN A WONDERFUL CAGE,/ THAT WOULD LAST HIM FOR YEARS UNTIL RIPE OLD AGE. Yeah, it really does help. I have this silly habit of flapping water everywhere out of my water dish. Mom gets concerned when I bang my wings on the cage bars, and I can't seem to keep my tail feathers prim and pretty. Thanks for the advice!Come visit me, Coco, Emerald, Huey, Avi & Sunny.

Hello Elvis, you are a very handsome bird. What type of things do you say to yor food? Yesterday when I ate my pellets I couldn't stop talking about penguins and papaya, and barking between bites.
