You are a beautiful feather friend. Do you have any advice for my mom? I make a noice, when she feeds me, when I sit on her lap, etc and I can see my mom is trying to understand what I'm trying to tell her. It sound like a duck's screem, not very hard. Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. I constantly need to display war feathers to my Chihuahua sister who is quite the bird dog and has caught a free-range chicken by the wing! I have no fear at all around that little pipsqueak. It is wonderful to see some of the more rare birds on this site. I wish you lived closer, maybe you would come visit our bird club we go to. We enjoyed you pictures too.

Hi Beau, thank you for looking at my webpage. I am very new to this and so it is taking a little time to learn what to do. My mom and dad do love me very much I am one lucky bird. The picture I am in is outside and I am sitting in a tree. But my mommy was just out of camera shot while daddy took the picture. He is a wildlife photographer. My wings are clipped so I don't get scared and run away accidently. And mom is never far from me in case a preditor was any where close. You are also a very handsome bird and I am delighted in meeting you. As soon as mom has time she is going to add more pictures of me to my page. Thank you again for droping by. Thanks for droppin' by the page. The other birds tolerate Jeter, But the black headed caique tried to dive bomb him, he is really jealous. I have not put them too close together yet till they get to know each other better. Jeter is our newest addition. Of course my Grey just ignores him. when i'm Playing with Jeter, Fenway just keeps saying I'm a good boy mommy. Thats his signal that its his turn to play. Aren't they wonderful, i don't know how i lived my life without a parrot before. All but one of my human kids have left the nest and i am so thankful i have my bird "babies" to help fill that hole. And you know its almost like they know i need their love. and they bring so much laughter into our lives.Come visit me, Madi, Houdini, Jeter, Ely, Malone, Diamond & Fenway.

Hi again, The first time I answered a note I did it wrong too Oh well at least we did it right the second time! To answer question Alf the Blue&Gold came to live with me when he was 8 years old. Then I went to a Bird show and came home with a baby Scarlett to hand feed then just 6 months later brought home a Catalina that I hand fed. So Alf took on two babies to put up with and the babies were raised together they still roll around on the play top wrestling with each other. I think the Scarlett may be female Alf is very protective with her does not like me taking her out to the bird room he will get down and follow. Pico the red one is the boss so gotta be a female! What a cute bird!!! Sounds like my Griff and Beau are alike. Griff loves hanging by one toenail! He hangs upside down most of the time anyway! Griff loves his public and his very offended if someone doesn't pay attention to him constantly. Griff has a macaw personality but is only 200grams!
