Sara- My sister Jessica contacted Bird Channel and they told her there was something wrong with the web site. And then like 3 days later they told her that it was all fixed. Neither her or I have had any problems sense. They asked her if she was still having problems with anything to let them know and they will look into it. So if your still having problems let them know. Everything so far is working good that we both have seen. Thanks and good luck.
